Phil has used his financial experience to write two business books and three other novels in various genres. In addition, Phillip B. Chute, EA was a licensed stockbroker for 20 years and a held NASD Series 7 License [General Securities], Series 24 License [Principal. OSJ and branch manager], and a Series 63 [Registered Investment Adviser].
Does Phillip do Business and Financial Consultations?
During the 1980s, Phillip wrote his novel “American Independent Business,” which was aimed at helping starting entrepreneurs and was used as a textbook at Cal Baptist University in Riverside, CA. Phillip also wrote a book called “Stocks, Bonds, and Taxes” using his many years of experience in tax preparation, along with his previous experience as a branch manager and licensed stockbroker. Phillip also has 45 years of tax preparation and accounting experience, which helps him even with a unique business or financial situation.
